Agua De Pepino
I won’t bore you with my novel long story on how I had an eye-opening experience that brought me to this recipe. Agua De Pepino is one of my staple drinks to sip on by the poolside. It’s refreshing and I love how quick and easy it is to make! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-
-
2 Cucumbers, half peeled
-
½ C Sugar
-
2 Limes
-
Sea Salt
-
Water
-
Instructions:
1. Blend the cucumbers and sugar together.
2. In a pitcher, squeeze out the juice of 2 limes and add a dash of sea salt.
3. Pour the blended cucumber mix into the pitcher.
{Optional: Strain this if you’d like less pulp!}
4. Add water to the pitcher and mix! Simple as that!
Tips:
– Serve over ice! I like to put a dash of Tajin in my cup before serving!
– Can be kept in the fridge for about 3 days.
– Pairs great with some chips and homemade salsa!
Enjoy your Agua De Pepino!
